Not only can food cause a problems but so can water. You may notice that many insects and pests seem to be around the kitchen sink or around the bathtub. This is because there is a water source in these areas. Check under sinks and do what you can to reduce any leaky or dripping faucets and pipes.

In the time being if you are suffering from indoor pests, use traps with appropriate baits to catch the ones that are left so they can’t continue to breed. For example, if you have a silverfish issue find baits specific to that pest and get rid of them.
