Dust Mite Spray

Dust mites are so tiny that the naked eye can’t actually see them. They are so small that one piece of dust can have thousands of mites. This is a very tiny pest and not noticeable unlike other types of pests.

The problem with dust mites is that some people are allergic to them and their excretions. When going to sleep at night on the pillows and covers where many dust mites are, it can be a long night of allergy problems. For some it can even trigger an asthma attack.

There are dust mite sprays that are available to help with dust mites. Clean up your bedding and pillow cases and vacuum your carpets. Take the dust mite spray and spray it over the surface of the clean carpet and washed bedding. At that point in time just see if you dust mite problems are doing better.

Since you don’t have a microscope at home powerful enough to see if the spray is actually working, you have to depend on your symptoms if they get any better or worse.

Keep spraying every week or so and continually clean your bedding.

A good side effect of dust mite sprays is that they also target bed bug problems and have a nice fresh smell to them. Some also target pet allergy problems as well. If you have any indoor allergies, finding a spray that can deal with all these problems at once can improve the quality of your sleep.
